The glass on the top left corner of my turbo is higher than the other three corners not allowing the phone to lay flat screen down. Never been dropped, always in a case and the glass doesn't press in or out. I read this was to help absorb impact if dropped but never found a real reliable source on that. Any ideas? Anyone else?

Did you buy it from a verizon corporate store? If so, they offer a one time free screen replacement (Google droid turbo screen assurance)

did you buy it at a verizon corporate store ? if so did you not inspect the phone when they set your phone up for activation ? if this is very recent purchase i believe you have 14 days to return the phone, ask them for another one. if you go the one time screen replacement route you will get a "certified like new replacement turbo"
