Screen capture not working

I've been curious about this for quite awhile... I can't seem to capture my screen when viewing my bank account balances. This morning, I tried a different bank account balance, from a different bank and it won't capture either. What's up? I can capture other things just fine.

Are you using an app? Some banking apps have disabled that feature. Try logging into your bank accounts using a browser and see if that works, as it worked for me.
