Hello all, I've been using the messenger app and I was wondering of MMS is counted as data or if it is not?

No, MMS is not counted as data by Verizon, on any phone.

It *uses* data, so, yes, you do need it. The bytes used just don't get counted against your data plan.

I hope that's not too confusing...
