Need to backup droid turbo through Back up assistant
I just changed phones from a lumia 928 to a droid turbo. I no longer have the 928. I need to backup my contacts TO the turbo. When I open Back up assistant, it gives me an application error: "Backup assistant plus has lost network connection. Please retry your operation."
I have strong WIFI and LTE, I have tried probably 25 times, same problem. I have uninstalled and re installed. Any ideas?
