    I have noticed that the searching location comes on and stays on even when location is turned off the only way I can stop is by turning location on then back of again. How do I fix that?

    Welcome to Android Central! What notification are you referring to? Is it a message that pops up, or are you talking about the GPS or Location icon appearing in the status bar?

    It's the same notifcation that says "Searching Location" when you first turn on Location and it is searching....

    I have been troubleshooting this issues for awhile ... It's really annoying.. I've been force closing apps.. Checking settings.. Removing apps.. Only way I can fix it is a phone restart or turning on location.
