Multiple Email Accounts - can't view inbox on second one

I have 2 Exchange accounts on my DroidX, but no matter what I do, I can only view the inbox on my primary account. On my Droid, I could go to Email icon and choose which account I wanted to see, but on the X, I cannot find anyway to get to the second account until I get an email. If I get an email on the 2nd account, then I can go to the Inbox straight from there but when I close out of it I cannot get back to it till another email comes in. This makes it practically impossible to send a new email from the second account. Has anyone else encountered this?
