no apps no homescreen after reset.

ok this odd please help.. i did a restore or wipe on my droid X done it before with no problems. tonight all i get is a black screen and no apps. i am rooted and i did not remove any bloat where. just renamed none where blur. if i hit the voice search i can pull up settings and it shows no apps.. so what can i do to restore my X please. thanks

What exactly did you do? Did you do a factory reset and it came up to that?

That does indeed work. I have tried it. There were other people that had your problems before but the workaround was a real PITA. Now that the SBF is out, it's much much easier to do it that way.

The thing is the instructions seem crazy for person using Windows I'm looking at what 3 files to dl? I've got my Droid1 running till I figure this out. And Dang this Droid 1 slow.

Is their a solution to this I'm currently experiancing this problem right now and don't know what to do
