Not sure if anyone else is having this problem but I thought I'd post it just in case. It hasn't bothered me much before but since I ported my main number to GV I use it much more and it is becoming increasingly annoying.
If you use Google Voice and have to press the play button twice, usually 2 - 3 seconds after it has started playing take a moment and visit the following thread and click the star at the bottom to vote on this issue to be fixed (you need to be signed it to your Google Account). The more votes the better chance it will get noticed and receive a higher priority.
