Conference Call issue (Droid X)

I looked around and didn't see any information on this...

The problem I'm having is when I recieve a call and then add a call (third party)... Once I end the last call or they hang up, I can no longer add any more calls.

Before ROOT or before GINGERBREAD I could do this with no problem.

The end last call button and end call button remain solid red and the add a call button is no longer available.

Has any one else dealt with this issue? Thanks for reading.

Sounds like you are not disconnecting the previous caller, just because they hang up you still have to disconnect from one of the calls.
