HUGE thanks I just got he official ota gingerbread on my DROID x and was freaking out because the old version would not work. Thank you spool much and a note to others. YOU MUST uninstall old netflix if you haven't already!

Nobody was saying it wasn't working on gingerbread. I didn't find out until I loaded GB up last night. Glad its working for everybody now. Especially now that GB is being pushed out to everybody.

Yeah, it looks like there's a new version of the app. I've had Gingerbread on my phone since last saturday and netflix was working fine (the one from xda developers with the device check hack).

This morning, it now tells me "New version of application is found, you must upgrade to be able to use application.". Clicking OK tells me "The requested item could not be found".
