market.android.com won't recognize my phone?

I recently reset my phone and now when I go to market.android.com, I get this error when trying to install an app from the website:

"There are no Android phones associated with this account. Please sign in with a different account."

I can still download/install apps from my phone, but not from the website.

There has been some issues with Android Market for the last few hours. Constant server errors included. Android Police put an article on it on their front page..

Ah, ok, thanks rx! It's working now. I thought it was something I did when I reset my phone.
