bloat file

so a while back I rooted to give it a shot. didn't care for it and unrooted. now I have this massive bloat file on my internal storage.

what do I have to do to regain that storage and get rid of that file? is it OK to just delete it?

I just rooted my phone so I don't have an answer for you, but I'd ask this over on XDA-developers forums too. What rom did you end up going with? What's the name and location of the bloat file?

I went with eclipse, so far so good.

You rooted and now you have a large file on your phone? I dunno why that would happen. Rooting should just give you additional access. What exactly is the file?
