Caller ID Issue?

I noticed something recently whenever I receive a call or place an outgoing call. Although the name and caller id photo are right, the company name (where the person works) is wrong. What is interesting to me is that when I go to view the contact, the information is correct on my phone and correct on gmail. I'm not sure why...but it seems that my phone has swapped some of my contacts' companies up during calls. Meaning, it always shows the same incorrect company for those people. Any ideas? It's not a big issue...just kind of annoying.

It could be an issue with area code? Is the contact missing their Area code in the contacts?

All my contacts have area codes. I have no idea what it is!
