I have added soooooooooooo many apps lol. Coming from the Storm where I was limited in selection to now being able to download anything i want has been been a really fun experience. I have a lot of apps but only a few I really like. Im running:

Weather Widget
Keyring
Advanced Task Killer
Kids Paint
Live Football Scores
Locale
Ringdroid
Shazam
Spikem Lite
Twidroid
TwitterRide (Havent picked a fav yet)

Im also running Handcent SMS (which is REALLY nice) but I cant get it to overlap the build in SMS client instead of running with it. Let me know if you have a fix or suggestion for it

Weather Widget - Donate is the main app (paid) and the Weather Widget Forecast is a free plug-in for it. It gives you several weather widget options like the HTC style flip clock with weather. When you tap on the weather area of widget the plug-in opens and you get a three day forecast with some animation of the current weather.

Weather Bug
Advanced App Killer
Facebook Widget
Docs To Go
ESPN Widget
Mobile Banking

I am going to spend all tomorrow trying to customize this even more and finding something I like more.

I think I might try a themeing program I installed PandaHome But didn't really like it over all. I might try aHome or one of the others. This is amazing so far though.

EVeryone seems to love it. If you buy it and you don't like it you can get a refund if its within 24 hours. SO you can try without the worry of I wasted my money on this.

-Advanced Task Killer/Manager thing
-Places Directory
-Pandora
-TuneWiki
-StreamFurious -- only until TuneWiki allows me to enter my own URL, can't find one streaming app to do everything I want the way I want it. TuneWiki is really close.
-Listen
-Twidroid
-NewsRob -- GREAT for any google reader users out there.
-Transdroid for monitoring/adding torrents to my uTorrent client on my home PC
-SambaExplorer to grab files from my home PC via wifi
-Shazam
-SportsTap -- I'd prefer to use Google's Scoreboard app, but SportsTap is WAY -better. Get with it Google =)
-OI File Manager
-OurGroceries, trying out a shared/synced grocery list between myself and the girlfriend.

just silly things really:

-missed call (like berry buzz on blackberry/LED notifications for sms/missed call/calendar & a few other things, i think bluetooth and low batt??)
-magic 8 ball
-toddler lock (loved this on G1, my 2yo loves it and he can't get into the phone at all)
-android lightsaber
-digital clock widget (but i'm looking for a better clock/date widget)
-Get Pills (helps me to remember to take different vitamins and meds)
-horoscope widget (i'll probably delete_
-daily horoscope
-SMS Backup (LOVED this when i had G1, it auto backs up your sms to your gmail acct, sets up a folder and everything.
-weather bug & widget (i'm debating getting something else, maybe beautiful widgets or weather widgets-donate)

i am looking for a color coded calendar though...in agenda view on native calendar it's color coded for the diff calendars on my google calendar, but not in month view...i want for example, my events to be pink, son1 to be green, son2 to be blue, son3 to be orange, etc....like the Treo calendar!!

ETA: just added Key Ring, it lets you scan your store keychain thingys that have a bar code so that it's all on your phone. i always forget my grocery store card in the car and now i'll have it with me :)

as far as Bejeweled clones go -- the free Jewels works great for me. Haven't played it for more than 20-30min riding in the car, but it seemed good to me!

That's a pretty extensive list right there! I'm downloading apps left and right as well. My storm would have blown up if I had tried to put that many apps on it!

let me know if you can get shopsavvy to work, it never seems to be able to scan the barcode. but other barcode readers (amazon, and barcode scanner) work just fine.

and for the backgrounds app, how do the backgrounds look on your phone? i used another background app and everything would look like crap (the files weren't in the proper aspect to keep them from having to be cropped)

nice list btw, thanks for the commentary as i'm sure it'll help a lot of people out when looking for apps :)
