Froyo and Blue tooth voice dialing

I have searched the threads and see nothing on BT voice dialing in Froyo. Needless to say, I can't figure out how to get it to work, any one have any experience?

I read this article, it mentions an "action Key", what key are they refering to? I touch the " voice dialer " icon and get that same screen as I always have, but, no " Female voice" and I still have to press the contact that it served up in order for it to dial and this is all after pairing and connecting to my Motorola T505 BT speaker phone. I also notice that it is taking longer to connect with my BT speaker phone as compared to 2.1 in fact it sometimes doesn't pair without manual intervention ( clicking sacn for devices ).
