Kernel questions

I have installed BB.04 and want to change kernels for battery life first and speed second. I lost the link that gave instructions on how to do that.

In rom manager do I just choose the kernel I want and install?

This being my first time venturing into any kind of program mod, how dose one wipe ones phone?

Depends on whose kernels you want I know chevy's are so you simply open rom manager use it to download his kernel. Once done it will give you the option to wipe data or backup rom select one both or none then click ok. It will reboot and install the kernel. If you choose to download one from the net just choose the option to install a rom from sd. Navigate to it click it then it will do the rest

Used Cw and it worked like a charm using Chevy's ulv 1ghz dam that is truly fast.
