My Droid has to be replaced if I do the claim will i get another Droid or will they ship me a different phone?

It depends on the person you get...my friend went through 3 droids just because he wanted an incredible. He bricked 2 and ran one over on a dirt bike...hes still stuck with the d1

i already now on my second replacement ,,everything works fine except no GPS not working,, waiting now for 3 replacement//

They will probably send you a Droid. If the insurance policy is similar to the manufacturer warranty one, if you get 4 poor replacements then they will send you a Droid 2 or a DInc. I would assume they are similar since both are using Verizon as the middle man to get you a replacement phone.
