OG Droid and latest update (FRG830)

Does anyone know if this update plays nicely with root or is it too early to tell? I see the notification, but haven't tried to install as I don't want to chance losing root.

I just downloaded it from Peter Alfonso (the original guy who gave us the gingerbread keyboard)

Meh, just took the update and it took away my root access. Ugh...time to get it back (I hope)
