i have a question over the return policy

wll ive been seeing abunch of cool things over googles new phone Nexus One and was thinking about trading my droid for it.. only thing is my mom bought it more than a month ago but i wasnt sure if the 30 days was when u buy it or when you activate it.? thanks

I believe you have 30 days from the date your purchased the phone from Verizon.

yeah. They did run a christmas special thing where if you bought it from nov 14-dec 15th, then you had until jan 13th to return it but that's already past anyways.

well most likely you are in a two year contract w/ verizon. If you were not I would say sell the phone on ebay then buy the N1...but anyways the droid is just as good...hardly any need to do that.

He could still just activate an old phone on the line, sell the droid and buy the N1 at retail.
