Customer came in tonight and we were trying to figure it out for her. Nice lady, new to the area. Transferred a HUGE RAW photography file to her Droid from her Mac book pro in .jpeg. The file is taken up memory on her phone, but we can't delete it. It has a small little shutter symbol in the bottom right of the gallery. Check one, or all, or the album and it doesn't give you the option to delete.

Tried pulling it up from the computer (mac), from astro, etc. It's saved to the phone so astro is no good, and the computer doesnt even recognize it.

I'm lost. Without rooting I cant get to the system files to delete it for her. blah.

That little shutter symbol likely means its a Picasa album. Try having the customer sign on to Picasa using her Google account info and deleting it there. Hopefully it'll disappear from her phone too.
