reactivating a rooted D1?

My D1 is going to be retired because I am getting a thunderbolt. But my girlfriend kinda wants it as it is faster then her ally. But my phone is currenty rooted with CM7 RC4 on it. Before I give it to her I was going to wipe and install the CM7 stable release. But will she have any issues activating the phone on her account because it is rooted? The ESN and everything is clean, just time for me to get something new.

You should have no problem activating it.
I deactivate and reactivate my rooted D1 all the time, and there's so problem.

Just dial *228 and have her punch in her phone number and account password. I switch between my rooted phones all the time.
