Every time my phone turns off and I have to restart it freezes. It takes about 3-7 reboots before it actually starts working again. Anyone else have this problem. I've had it a few times and even sent back the phone a few times.

I have this problem when I flash a kernel that my phone doesn't like to play with, just goes into a constant bootloop. But if your not rooted and experimenting sounds like a hardware problem.

Try to plug your phone in your charger then reboot it and see if it bootloops. If it boots up normally I'd recommend getting a new battery.
