Motorola Electrify issues downloading aps?!

Finally got rid of the Mesmerize and I just received my Electrify over the weekend, havent had time to mess around with it til today,the google maps and book app that came on the phone keep trying and showing as there downloading. I get a orange ! on the top of the menu

When I try downloading apps from the market, it says error / foreclose.

Am I doing something wrong here or a setting I didnt set up?

Any help would be appreciated!

There is a default settings on the Electrify that needs to be changed:

1- Go to settings
2- Go to Battery & Data Manager
3- Go to Data Saver
4- UNcheck the Data Saver

You should be good to go!
