    I'm trying to root my Spice mi-498. I've seen many ways of rooting, but all are losing data. I don't wanna lose my data. Please help me. You can give computer method too.

    There is generally no way to root and not lose data, however you could back up your data and restore it after rooting. Helium is very good as it will also back up app data if instructed.     There is a way.... i rooted my S3 without any hassle. I downloaded an app called KingRoot. The app can root many devices with only 1 click.

    I downloaded it. It was rooting. at 17% it rebooted, & when I opened it back, it said " Root failed. No sratergy now". Can you help me now...
