Google Apps Issue on 3G

When I try to load up Google Maps, Navigation, or the Market on 3G I get the message "This application requires a working data connection." on wifi they work fine.
I know that I have a working connection over 3G as after I got the message, I was able to run a speed test and send an email.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Press and hold on your screen then go onto widgets scroll down tell you see power controls press on or and turn of the wifi for good see If that helps other wise I'm scratching my head out for you lol?...
