Market apps not restoring after sbf?

Ok so my headphone port is only sending audio out of the right channel so i took it into the verizon store and in order to protect my self i deleted all the roms off of my SD card and i sbf'd to 4.5.596. Once the sbf was complete nothing had changed on my phone except that i had lost root all my apps were still there as well as my settings, so i booted into stock recovery and factory reset. After my factory reset into stock 4.5.596 and activated and signed in with google none of my apps restored, i get my email just fine but not my apps.

Now i have sbf'd to froyo and flashed miui rom (which is aweome btw) and my apps still wont' restore, i'm used to after a rom flash all 80 or so of my apps automatically download, any ideas?

edit: also could this be related to the fact that i am using google's 2 factor authentication now?

Try downloading one of your old apps. I find the market needs a little jump start sometimes.

I downloaded doggcatcher and nothing has changed

Sometimes my apps do not restore.

My apps have never been restored on miui.

It didn't bring over my wifi networks either, very strange!

Yep. Same thing happened to me with miui.
