DroidX bootloader msg and what to do next?

After Motorola M logo I am getting next screen with:
bootloader
30.03 on top of the page

and 4 lines in the middle of the screen:
Battery OK
OK to Program
Connect USB
Data cable

What should I do next to load an Android system? I only want to use it without a phone service as a camera and perhaps some other applications.

Ok, I am not getting why you are in bootloader, are you trying to flash SBF, if not I suggest you unplug from pc and reboot into system normally.

I just bought it like this, apparently without Android OS.

Sounds like you got taken for a ride, not sure how you get the phone with no OS loaded...probably something you should've checked first

+1, this is your solution but I am still confused on how the device doesn't have a OS installed, hope they didn't damage the device and the SBF can bring it back to life.
