Not receiving notificatoins

Lately I haven't been getting notifications of Gmail or corporate email using Touchdown. I have both set to the system notification which I have set very loud with a rather obnoxious ringtone and I'm getting no notifications at all. I will get the little flashing white light, and when I look at the screen I can see the notifications in the notification bar at the bottom, but thats all, no sound.

Anyone else experience this?

There is a seperate volume control for notifications. Try going to Settings > Sounds > Volume. You will see 3 volume sliders. Make sure the second is turned up. Hope this helps.
