If you need to change/reinstall the build firmware on your Xoom ( for example, say you got a Chinese Xoom and want to install the USA build, or you want to change the language), etc, motodev has all the builds and flashing instructions. And its all free.

download the motodev pack for your location/build, follow the instructions to flash itby unlocking Xoom, then relock

Step 1:
download and install sdk_tools
Android SDK | Android Developers

Step 2:
Download Xoom build:

Step 3:
copy the build files to the same place the sdk file is, then open command prompt on pc, and run the sdk prompts-

cd C:\SDK_tools
adb.exe
adb device

Instructions to Flash & Re-Lock Your Motorola XOOM:

Sdk cmd prompts to flash build-

fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash userdata userdata.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot oem lock

Note: If no userdata.img file is present in your download, please issue the command: fastboot erase userdata
