For some unknown reason my Xoom would not upgrade past 3.2.4, I checked all the forum's and called Motorola support and they sent me a shipping container to return my Xoom to get ICS installed. Even though I purchased the Xoom on release day and the warranty is expired they are "waiving" the fee's for the upgrade.

I sent my Xoom back yesterday and they received it today, the person at Motorola support said I would have my Xoom back by Friday of this week. Has anyone else had to ship their Xoom back to Motorola to get ICS installed, and if so how long did it take?

I have not had to ship it back for ICS, but when I did the 4G upgrade, I sent it in, and got it returned in less than 5 days. I would assume that this will be the same case.

Glad to hear they are stepping up to bat for you, and waiving the fee, and getting your Xoom up to ICS, which we all should have.

I got my Xoom back today, they flashed it to HLK75H. Then I was able to upgrade it to ICS....

So far I like it much better.
