Well to be honest, I never pulled the original plastic off that was on when I bought it. I do need a case for the back though.

i got the gel case free and its ok, not the best but i did not remove ANY of the plastic off the device yet either

I am a fan of the Zagg protectors. the issue with them though, they develop a real nasty Orange peel look over time. Protection is top notch, but the appearence over time is a hinderance.

I've had no issues with Zagg on my Droid, over a year and still good to go.
Ordered Zagg for my Xoom and it shipped today.

I am starting to get some orange peel but I am screen only and have tinkered with it to show people.
Not a fan of full body though. If you see my video you will know why

I don't have a dock for my DINC.
I also don't use full body anymore.
I use a skin with a barely there case

SGP Steinheil is the best for the screen. I just checked and didn't see anything there. Has it been confirmed as to when they expect a product to become available.

I just installed the skinomi screen protector on my xoom and it looks and feels great.it goes on like the zagg ones with solution.

I have one on temporarily from VZW but as others stated im waiting for Steinheil Crystal Clear screen protectors. The best in my opinion.

Installed my Zagg complete protection (screen, back, sides) last night and am happy with it. I'm thinking I may reapply the screen today, since I got some dust in it, but overall very pleased. I would recommend you give it a try if you're unsure about which protector to purchase.

You cannot reapply a zagg shield. It will be too stretched. Leave it for a bit then get a warranty Replacement.

Yes, I got mine off eBay (XtremeGUARD for Motorola Xoom). Yes, I am cheap ($6.99). No, I didn't get any bubbles. Yes, I took my time with the squeegee thing they sent with it, a credit card will work too. The instructions say the haziness will go away over a few days, we will see. If I don't like it I will pull it off once I get a leather notebook style case.

I am kinda leery about any of these, I did have a Zagg one on my blackberry (which I paid more than I should have for). I wasn't overly impressed. I am trying this one on the zoom and also got a few privacy ones (different brand) for my Droid Pro.

Truly the good news is that if I don't like them, that I can just peal them off and am only out 6-7 bucks instead of 20+

I had a few small bubbles here and there on mine when I first put the protector on. No matter what I did, I couldn't get rid of them. But, one thing I've learned with these screen protectors, is as they get settled onto the surface, those tend to disappear.
