    I have been unable to connect to websites or Facebook on my Motorola Xoom although I was able to receive email.

    I did a factory reset and emails, websites and Facebook load fine in Browser. However, I cannot add any apps because I get the continual message "unfortunately Google Play has stopped".

    Nothing I do will get the Play Store to load so I can't add any apps. I can't add the apps from my laptop either as the reset removed my device from my account.

    Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again.

    Hi B.Diddy. There is no cache or data to clear and these are greyed out. Forcing stop and restarting didn't help either.

    Hi again, I found an apk of an updated version of Google Play so I'm all sorted now, thanks.
