screen flicker?

Maybe flicker is a strong word. If I load a web page the screen starts out with a really bright white hue to it, but usually right when the page is done loading it does a slight flick and gets slightly dimmer. Is this normal? The whites aren't as white after the flick. I don't have the auto brigjtness turned on and have Max brightness set. I tried various brightness settings and they all do it.

Yes. I get this too at random times with random appsnrinning. It goes away after a few seconds so it doesn't bother me too much.
