    Hey everyone,

    I'm looking to cancel my monthly data plan on my XOOM. How do i go about that? Just call customer service?

    Call the 800 number or get online and do it there. If there is a chance you will want to re-activate I would recommend suspending it instead.

    For some reason, I cant figure out where it is in my online account. I may just call aand cancel it out right since I'm returning my XOOM.

    Just called and got a very helpful rep. Turns out the rep I bought the XOOM from signed me up for a two-year even thought I bought it out-right for $800. What an *****. She is going to cancel that for me. Phew!
