having trouble

ok i just got my slide today which i was pretty excited about. i hooked it up to the charger and when i came back to it to set it up i find that it wont turn on. i do the longhold on the power button and it does nothing!
anyone know how to fix this?

Make sure you remove the plastic between the battery and the device. I had same issue.

thanks, ya i removed the battery and reset it. that worked!
