How to unroot Mytouch4g to stock for warranty

how do i unroot and go back to factory stock..need to send back for warranty service..need s-on and the works...
Do i need to do s-on first the flash pc15img.zip...just wanna make sure what steps i need to take before using pc15img.zip...do i need to change hboot? have s-on first, etc..
