Welcome to the forums.

If someone posts an apk on the forums, all you have to do is visit the forums and click on the link. Just as you would from a computer. It would also depend on your phone if it allows third party applications to be installed. (But that would only pertain if you had an AT&T device that hasnt already gotten the sideloading update).

I'm guessing you tried to dl something before you made this post. Once you make a post you can dl from the site. Following the instructions above you should be good.
