Greetings from an SGS II owner and Android fan

Hello Folks.

I have been an Android user for over a year now. Started off with the original Samsung Galaxy S, then moved to the iPhone 4 and have now ditched that for the Galaxy S II.

I work in private equity and my firm mandates the use of Blackberrys with no exception. I also have an iPad2 and have no real use for another phone apart from sheer fancy and the pleasure of tinkering with Android. (Okay, I do use local pre-paid sim cards from time to time when traveling abroad). I love the customization of Android in general and especially enjoy the power of the SGS II to play Flash content and almost any video file that I throw at it smoothly.


Plus the screen is simply outstanding and the camera is perfect for trigger happy picjunkies like me.

I considered the Atrix, but I love S-AMOLED displays. I also have a Samsung Windows Phone 7 with the S-AMOLED screen and a Zune HD with the old AMOLED display. Something about the saturated colors and vibrancy of images just makes me happy.
