Need root for GB Thunderbolt

I flashed GB on my Thunderbolt and lost my root. I have tried to re-reoot using Auto Root but it won't work. I get "Failed to set prot mask (Inapprorpriate ioctl for device)" and it tells me to remove the battery and start over. I've tried 3 times and it still won't work.

Also, when I open my bootloader, it says LOCKED in red at the top.

Any help would be great. I like GB but all the bloatware is back on my phone and I HATE it!
