Take a look at Android-sync.com. I have nothing to do with them ... just bought it myself and am quite happy. As the poster above me pointed out: you might want to review the Getting started link first: you might find Google Contacts/Calendar /Tasks to cover what you want (cheaper and easier).

Personally, I'm a power user who uses both Google (personal) AND Outlook (business) and use both.
