New and almost over the fence

Hello experts. New to Android...company finally added some new smart phones (besides BB). I'm running a non-rooted Captivate with recent froyo update.

Normally I just lurk since yall are more into the development and tech details than I am.

Have been pretty happy with Android..aside from some missing settings and the terrible Good email client we have to use for work. I am having a weird problem since updating to froyo. I'll post that in the actual forum area. This one I haven't been able to solve.
