Have Galaxy Note 4. Is there a forum for newbies with "beginner questions" Such as I saw how to wipe cache partition, but will that wipe out passwords to gmail, and yahoo mail. ?

Welcome to the forums! There is an "Ask a Question" forum section, where users can post questions about different things. You could always try there!

Also, there are individual forum sections for specific devices, so you can find your Galaxy Note 4 section and post any questions you have there, as well!

Welcome to the forums! Morty has some good suggestions. To directly answer yours, no. It won't clear out passwords and such.
