Another Windows defector...

Hi all!

I originally posted this on someone else's introduction, but was prompted to start my own thread.

I'm a convert from Windows mobile, I ended up following Nokia to Windows after they ditched Symbian. But my head has been turned by the new Nokia 9, as I prioritise camera quality on my phones.
So...I bought a cheap Samsung J5 on Ebay, just to experiment with, and so far it's going well. I loved the design of Windows 10, so I've been trying Launcher 10 and love it. Also very pleased to see other W10 apps, like Glance and Fantasia Painter ( which is a brilliant picture editor).

I'm actually really surprised at how much I'm liking Android, even on a budget phone it's running brilliantly.

I’m eyeing the Nokia 9 with interest myself, as a Lumia 1020 owner. The price is not too bad, either.

It is the phone I've been waiting for since my 1020, I was a bit thrown by it being a limited edition, had planned to read lots of reviews and wait for the price to drop. But it is less expensive than expected (but still expensive!). I have pre ordered it at £549, it comes with the Nokia equivalent of Apple airpods ( or a voucher to claim them free).
