I ordered the "temporarily out of stock" single plate energizer from amazon yesterday and last night got a est delivery of Dec 4, next week Tuesday. I can deal with a few days wired charging as long as this thing rocks. :)

I just got the LG WCP-700 inductive charger from eBay. It works with my Nexus 4 and my Lumia 920 even when there is a case of the phone. I'm all set! It only cost me $50.

the beeping is non issue. however the internals tick very softly and it is driving me crazy. it is like the tell tale heart.

i thought it was only when it is plugged in and the phone was not on it but now it is starting even when the phone is charging. :'(

I put mine on when I go to bed and keep it there all night.
I really like it also I'm still only getting the one beep just when I put the phone down. Is it possible they fixed the issue with a newer batch?

Not sure if you noticed this but there is a clear film on the energizer mat. I didn't notice at first and had the same problem with my phone always slipping off. Then I removed the film and its great, the mat is actually sticky/tacky without the film and the phone doesnt move at all. It's hard to tell that the film is there, but take it off and it will make a world of difference.

The beeping doesn't bother me at all.

I'm still haunted by the beeping of my ex's Powermat + iPhone that drove me crazy. It's one of those little small things that start to add up and drive you nuts, lol.

So I didn't want a charger that made any noise. An indicator light is more than enough. I don't need no stinking beeping!! So the LG isn't for me. I went with the Energizer and, so far, couldn't be happier. :D

Has anyone bought or tried the Zens single wireless charger listed in the OP? I'm interested in that one and it supports the Mobile Nations sites. Listed for $48.95 currently.

I know the OP says the nokia chargers won't work with the nexus...is this still holding true? I have an official nokia charging plate in the mail.

I don't have any personal experience with Nokia chargers but I've read numerous forum posts that they do not work. Let us know of you get yours to work.

Confirmed working with the OFFICIAL Nokia Lumia 920 charging plate. Put my nexus down on it and got the charging indicator in the battery. Verified that battery was charging by looking at battery percentage.

Correction, does not work.

It'll say charging, but it will keep going on and off. Does not "hold" it charging.

EXACTLY! Which is what I have been saying and warning people about.

I own a Nokia charging plate which I will be returning the second I get the chance, so I am speaking from first-hand use and ownership: it doesn't work with the Nexus 4.

Save your money and buy another charger like the Energizer that I posted a picture of below-- which I own as well and can CONFIRM charges the N4.
