Before I sell Nexus 4 what should I delete

Pardon my ignorance, is there anything I need to delete before I sell my LG Nexus 4 or will any info I have
reside on my sim card and leave the phone when i remove the sim card?

Are there apps etc I should delete or once the sim card is pulled, the phone is like a brand new phone
unaccessible to any of my info etc

basically I want to ensure no one sees my apps, logins, pics etc

Since your posting this in the rooting and hacks section I'm assuming your unlocked and rooted.

Restore the device back to factory state and lock/unlock it which will wipe everything then lock it back up and don't log into your GMail.

Keep your SIM, I see no reason for you to sell it with your SIM card.

Do what Paul said and you will be fine. Also DO NOT leave your Sim in the phone, keep it yourself or destroy it. Who ever buys it can get one from the service provider usually for free.
