I'm wondering how the rumoured camera specifications compare to existing devices, particularly the new Moto X phones.
(rumoured LG Nexus) Sony IMX278; 13MP RGBW 1/3.06" sensor with F1.8 aperture and OIS.
(confirmed Moto X) Sony IMX230; 21MP RGB 1/2.4" stacked sensor with F2.0 aperture and PDAF*.

On the one hand the Nexus is rumoured to have a larger aperture and OIS but on the other hand the actual physical sensor of the Moto phones is quite a bit larger. Neither brand has a good track record of decent camera software. I'm wondering which will win out in terms of low-light photography...
