    I own a google nexus 6. 32 gb.
Please forgive me if this isn't the correct thread! I'm new to this. Please redirect me to the right one if this isn't the right place to ask.

About 2-3days ago my dog bit my phone charger while my phone was connected. I don't know if it will harm my phone in anyway but I'm really concerned and worried. I've had to use that charger about three times now. Because I need my phone. Where can I buy a replacement? Can I buy any wire with the same watz? Much help will be appreciated! Thank you!!! 😥💛 I'm a little paranoid right now...

    Volts times amps = watts.
You're looking at charging your phone at probably 5.1 volts. If you have a 1 amp charger then you're talking 5 watts; a 2 amp charger would put out 10 watts.
What's more crucial to consider is the amperage rating of the wire. Go with a least a 2 amp rated wire; a higher rated cord (eg. 3, 4, or 5 amp rated) would be fine; a lower amperage rated cord might not have enough thickness to convey all the power of your phone ... causing it to get hot (and perhaps too hot). So go for a 2 amp rated cord and you'll be fine.
