I have a nexus 6 on the at&t network and want to side load the update myself since at&t isnt rolling it out. Right now my device build is listed as LMY48Z. What can I sideload to get it up to android 6.0? Or is this not possible? Also I'm using a macbook to do this if that matters.

    I hope/assume you meant LMY47Z (LMY48Z is not a build for Nexus 6)

See paths (and URLs) at [REF] Nexus 6 Stock OTA URLs | Nexus 6
You will need multiple sideloads to get to the latest (and some OTA URLs may not be available at the moment)

If you are comfortable unlocking your bootloader (that will wipe your data), then, just download the latest factory image and flash the latest one and be done in one step.
