newbie, need advise

so I bought a 6p off swappa and the bootloader was unlock and had some twrp thing. I know absolutely nothing abt this and just want factory phone. tried returning it but has been a nightmare. so googled how to lock, and put factory images and now the phone has 7.0 and no twrp. working real good. is it possible that months from now the software cud mess up? or if I did it wrong it wud not be working at all and I'm good? thanks in advance.

If you are back to stock and have no warning message when booting the phone you're good and will have no problem for future updates.
