What does everyone think its gonna feel like compared to the nexus 6 and moto x pure. Here are all 3 dimensions

    Nexus 6 159.26 x 82.98 x 10.06 mm
    Nexus 6p 159.4 x 77.8 x 7.3mm
    Moto x pure 153.9 x 76.2 x 11.06

All the weights are fairly close, all real close to 180g. N6 being a hair over that. I had the n6 and have the pure now, just curious what everyone thinks the feel will be compared to these 2. The n6 was huge, pure isn't too bad but its definitely stretching my limits lol. I think k I'm going to order the 6p anyways and send the pure back

I highly doubt the 6p will feel as good in hand as the mxpe given its additional width and height, but we shall see.

Do you mean ergonomics or the build quality? Because I've read/heard nearly unanimously that the Moto X Pure Edition doesn't feel as premium as other flagship phones. The Nexus 6 wasn't exactly top of the line to me either. I think the materials on the 6P will beat everyone by far. Plus it'll be a lot thinner.

    I think they mean ergonomics.

I'm in the same boat. If the Nexus 6p had the same height and width (I could not care less about thickness) it would be a much easier decision between the MXPE that I have now and the nexus 6p. But this phone will be just a little bigger than an iPhone 6s+ which isn't terrible but I have small hands (for a girl) and I find reaching the back button or multitasking button one handed can be really difficult with the MXPE. Not sure I can do much bigger...but the Nexus 6p sounds so good.

Ur right it sounds amazing. Mxpe is a nice phone but it seems a little sluggish to me, not sure why but I don't really like that. I'm hoping the 6p is at least the same feel in hand cause I'm with u, much bigger and I wouldn't enjoy it. The n6 was nice but dang that was a monster

I bought a OnePlus 2 and I haven't had much trouble with it. I know the XPE and 6P displays are both bigger, but not that much. I guess I'll be okay. I almost prefer the squared edges of phones like it and the 6P because it has a stopping point in my hand. The curve makes it easier for a big phone to slide out.

I'm worried that aluminum is gonna be real slippery. Might have to throw a small snap on case on it to give it some grip

Yes, I was only considering ergonomics. Just a slight difference in width can make a big difference as to whether a phone can be used one handed for many people.

Let's try this... compared to the Note 5 on size and weight - both 5.7" screens:

    Nexus 6P: 159.4 x 77.8 x 7.3mm - 178g
    Note 5: 153.2 x 76.1 x 7.6mm - 171g

This looks pretty close to me.

Pretty darn close, height really doesn't make a huge difference on these devices. Width is what usually makes it difficult and they are pretty similar. I'm gonna see if I can get my pre order in for a black one tomorrow but I have a feeling that's gonna be dang near impossible
